These terms apply to spardhapath.in and its app, operated by Vaishali Ajay Dhabe ("we"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. Service and accuracy

We provide study material for Maharashtra competitive exams: daily current affairs, notes, exam patterns, practice papers, an eligibility checker, recruitment updates, an AI doubt solver and AI answer evaluation. Notes, questions, answers and evaluations are prepared with the help of AI and reviewed for exam relevance, but may contain errors. Exam dates, patterns, age limits, eligibility and recruitment details must always be confirmed from the official notification. Scores given by AI answer evaluation are indicative only.

2. Not a government website

स्पर्धापथ (SpardhaPath) is a private educational platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) or any government department. Names of exams and bodies are used only to describe the exams we help students prepare for. Applications must be made only on the official websites we link to; we never collect application forms or exam fees.

3. Accounts and age

Paid plans are tied to the Google account you sign in with and are for your personal use only. Users under 18 may use the site and make purchases only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Sharing your account, or copying, reselling or redistributing our content, is not allowed and may lead to termination of access without refund.

4. Your questions and uploads

Questions, answers and photos you submit are used only to answer or evaluate them for you. Do not upload other people's personal information or copyrighted material you do not have the right to share. We may refuse requests unrelated to study, and apply fair daily limits to AI features.

5. Plans and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A plan gives access for the period stated on the plan (365 days unless stated otherwise) from the date of payment.

7. Third-party content

News summaries are written in our own words from public information and link to the original publisher. Trademarks belong to their owners. If you believe any content infringes your rights, email spardhapath.in@gmail.com and we will review and remove it promptly.

8. Changes

We may update content, features and these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at छत्रपती संभाजीनगर shall have jurisdiction.
